Datacom's Sydney data centre facility provides the latest in security with N+1 redundancy throughout the power and mechanical infrastructure and wide area connectivity. Staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, the Sydney data centre is able to maintain the operational functionality of key customer business systems. Through our Sydney data centre, we offer:

• Backup and recovery services, including provisioning of backup media and co-ordination of offsite secure storage
• “Remote hands services” from basic reboots to processing of critical and / or complex application batch processes
• Provision of systems, hardware and support services, electrical installation services, shelving, racking, data-cabling and interconnection with telecommunications providers
• Monitoring by a VESDA system for early fire detection and alarm
• State of the art security system employing proximity detector readers to all entry doors, including the undercover car park
• A Building Management System (BMS) that continuously monitors the data centre’s critical environmental systems, air conditioning equipment, UPS and generator
