Select the amount of bandwidth you require for international and national traffic and you’re guaranteed that level of bandwidth to our upstream providers.

Our internet connections are fully managed to ensure that customers get the best possible performance from their connection. We purchase bandwidth from multiple upstream providers, and peer locally with all the major New Zealand ISPs. All WAN (Wide Area Network) circuit connections between data centres and our upstream providers are diverse, using independent providers (Telecom, Vodafone, and Vector), and ensuring that any failure with a provider will not disrupt the service.

We purchase more bandwidth than the aggregated sum of all our customers’ bandwidth commitments, ensuring bandwidth is always available to our customers.

The service can be supplemented by domain name management and border security services, if required.
