Digital channels have become crucial for every business, but setting up those channels can be expensive and difficult. That’s why Datacom has created a range of Sphere products, aimed at providing businesses with a low-risk, low-cost way to build their own digital channels.
The products are sold under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, with a monthly subscription fee that covers hosting, support and maintenance. Sphere products are regularly upgraded with new features.
Hosting is on Datacom’s local cloud in either New Zealand or Australia, with full redundancy across Datacom data centres in different regions. It can also be augmented by global cloud where appropriate.
